What is Vantag
Vantag is buyer intelligence for premium real estate.
In one line: each property is published as a private, invitation-only website that silently measures how each buyer interacts with it, then tells you who to call first and exactly what to say.

How it works in three steps
- You invite. Each buyer receives their own unique link to a luxury single-property site.
- It measures. The page records each buyer's real interest: time per section, photos opened, scroll depth, whether they check the price, device and location.
- It ranks. The dashboard orders buyers by genuine interest and gives you a call script and talking points for each one, plus a demand report for the vendor.
