The agent workflow, end to end
Vantag has a small number of pages, each with a clear role. Here is how they connect.
1. Create your listing
Go to vantag.co/onboarding. During this flow you set up your brand — agency name, logo, contact details, market and language — and import your first property. Once done, you land in the Agent admin at vantag.co/admin, where all your listings live as cards.
2. Review it as a buyer would
From the agent admin, open your listing. The agent view at vantag.co/agent/p/[listingId] shows you the full property experience — the same layout your buyers will see, section by section. If anything needs adjusting, click Edit content to open the content editor at vantag.co/agent/p/[listingId]/edit, make your changes and come back. For details on the editor, see Create and edit a listing.
3. Load your buyers
Go to the dashboard at vantag.co/dashboard/[listingId]. Click the floating Invite buyers button in the bottom-right corner. The invite panel opens: add buyers one by one or import a list from a spreadsheet. Each buyer receives their own unique link automatically. For a full guide, see Invite buyers.
4. Buyers engage, Vantag measures
Each invited buyer receives their own unique link — vantag.co/p/[listingId]/[token] — and browses the property privately. As they do, Vantag records what they actually do: how long they spend in each section, which photos they open, whether they check the price, what device they are on. Silent measurement. No surveys, no pop-ups.
5. Return to the dashboard and call
When you are ready to follow up, return to the dashboard at vantag.co/dashboard/[listingId]. Your buyers are now ranked by genuine interest — the most engaged buyer at the top. For each one you have a call script, talking points and an engagement summary. You know who to call first and exactly what to say.
That is the complete loop. One listing. One dashboard. All your buyers, ranked and ready.
