What every plan includes

All plans give you exactly the same features. The only difference is how many active listings you can run at the same time.

Every plan includes:

• A private, invitation-only site for each listing. Not a portal listing. A standalone luxury property site built for one address.
• A unique link per buyer. Every buyer you invite gets their own personal link. You always know who is who.
• Silent buyer measurement. The page measures how each buyer engages: time in each section, photos opened, scroll depth, whether they check the price, device and location. No surveys, no pop-ups.
• Vantag Engagement Scoring Model. Each buyer is ranked and rated cold, warm or hot — produced by a scoring model calibrated against real buyer sessions, not self-reported interest.
• Call script and talking points per buyer. For each buyer, Vantag writes a personalised opening and two or three specific hooks based on what they actually engaged with.
• Demand report for the vendor. A data-backed summary of what is generating interest in the property, to support your price and campaign conversations.
• Bulk buyer invite. Upload 5, 50 or 100 buyers at once via a comma-separated values (CSV) file, or add them one by one. Each gets their own unique link automatically.
• Export for your customer relationship management (CRM) platform. Download all buyer links as a CSV file, ready to load into your CRM in one click.
• Suggested email per buyer. Vantag drafts a personalised email for each buyer based on their engagement. You review, add the unique link and send.
• Content loading assistant. Paste the property description text and Vantag builds the listing draft for you. Or load it manually.
• Gallery of up to 10 photos per listing, plus hero, aerial and per-section images.
• Inspection dates. Add open home dates and times directly to the listing.
• Two agents per listing. Show a primary and secondary agent with full contact details.
• Multilingual. Each listing in the language of its market (English for Australia and US, Italian for Italy).

Enterprise

• Custom portal. Your agency gets its own branded portal where all your listings live.
• Brand customisation. Add your agency logo, colours and fonts.
• White-label domain. Your listings live on your own domain or subdomain, not vantag.co.
• Tailored listing limits. As many active listings as your office needs.
